About the Role

As a Case Manager at Agape ABA Services, you will play a pivotal role in managing clinical cases and supervising a team of BCBAs and other clinical staff. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and ensuring high-quality care and adherence to treatment plans. You will also provide direct supervision, training, and mentorship to junior staff, fostering their professional growth.

Essential Functions:
Case Management
Manage a team of BCBAs and supervise clinical cases.
Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices.

Supervision and Training
Train and mentor junior staff, including Clinical Managers and Behavior Technicians.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for staff.

Client Interaction
Collaborate with families to ensure client needs are met.
Provide support during challenging behaviors and foster positive relationships.
Engage in direct client interaction and support.

Data Analysis
Collect and analyze data to assess client progress.
Report findings to the supervising clinician and make recommendations for plan adjustments.
Maintain accurate and detailed client records.

Professional Development
Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in ABA.
Mentor and support junior staff in their professional growth.

Compliance
Ensure compliance with California insurance requirements for ABA care.
Adhere to BACB regulations and ethical standards.
Maintain client confidentiality and privacy.

Collaboration and Community Engagement
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team and participate in team meetings.
Engage with the community to promote awareness of ABA services.
Foster relationships with external stakeholders and partners.

Requirements

At Agape we believe in teaching and training is the best way for us to learn, grow, and continue to support our staff and clients. To support the professional development and opportunities for staff, we our Case Manager position is broken into 3 levels, CM 1, CM2 CM3. At each the expectations are the same, however, responsibilities are tiered to ensure effective learning, implementation, and supervision of programs.


Case Manager 1 (CM1)

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.

  • Enrolled in a BCBA certification program.

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

  • Strong observational and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.


Case Manager 2 (CM2)

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.

  • Enrolled in a BCBA certification program.

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

  • Strong observational and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.


Case Manager 3 (CM3)

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field.

  • BCBA certification.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical role within ABA services.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
