About the Role

The Clinical Supervisor provides direct supervision and support to Behavior Technicians. This role involves ensuring the implementation of behavior intervention plans, conducting regular performance evaluations, and facilitating training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Supervisor at Agape ABA Services, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the quality of care and ensuring adherence to treatment plans. Your leadership will guide our team to success

Essential Functions:

Supervision and Training
Provide direct supervision to Senior Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for staff.

Quality Assurance
Ensure adherence to treatment plans and ethical guidelines.
Monitor and report on clinical outcomes and progress.
Conduct regular audits to maintain high standards of care.

Client Management
Oversee the development and implementation of behavior intervention plans.
Conduct assessments and provide clinical recommendations.
Collaborate with families to ensure client needs are met.

Team Collaboration
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Facilitate team meetings and case discussions.
Promote a positive and supportive team environment.

Professional Development
Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in ABA.
Mentor and support junior staff in their professional growth.

Compliance
Ensure compliance with California insurance requirements for ABA care.
Adhere to BACB regulations and ethical standards.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records.

Community Engagement
Engage with the community to promote awareness of ABA services.
Participate in outreach programs and events.
Foster relationships with external stakeholders and partners.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Child Developement, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

BCaBA certification or willingness to obtain BCaBA or higher

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within ABA services.

Knowledge of California insurance requirements for ABA care and BACB regulations.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
